Service Description

BodiE.D. Dumbbell is a 60 min full body group dumbbell workout that includes multiple rounds of low-weight exercises such as squats (front, back, and overhead), dumbbell lunges, floor presses, reengage rows, and dumbbell press ups. Participants are encouraged to pick a weight 10-20lbs) that will allow them to complete each set for the duration of the class. Equipment is provided and no prior experience is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in email by fewer than 7 days from the scheduled training date or participants who fail to attend the event are not refundable. In the event, a participant wishes to reschedule and apply payment for a future date a request for substitution must occur within one week, through email of the originally scheduled event. In the event of inclement weather conditions, road closing, loss of power, etc. that results in canceled training, Easton will make make a reasonable effort to contact you and issue a refund for the scheduled session. Participants will be notified via email and receive a full refund for the scheduled session.
