BOXING CLASS FORMAT
Warm Up
Each session starts with a 3-5 minute dynamic warm-up focused on strengthening the shoulders and opening up your hips and back. We engage in dynamic stretching to actively warm up your muscles before we begin our boxing for fitness workouts.
Workout
We crank up the intensity with ten 3-minute rounds of boxing fitness workouts. You put in the hard work and throw combos that are simple to follow. Between each round, you engage in an active recovery designed to strengthen your muscles.
Cooldown
We conclude the class with a 3-minute cooldown, incorporating static stretching and mindful breathing to reset our minds and bodies as we exit the space and give love to each other.
